This course will be an introduction to pole fitness. Everyone in this class will be a beginner just like you so it’s the perfect time and place to be brave and try something new! During this course you will learn lots of spins on the pole, how to sit on the pole and even how to begin climbing the pole. You will gain strength, flexibility, confidence and most importantly you will have tonnes of fun!
This class is for those at beginner level – moving on from your beginners course or perhaps you are returning to pole from a break. In this class we will continue to build upon the tricks you have learned and begin making more combos from them to level up your strength. You will see your strength, confidence and flexibility grow immensely from class to class!
This class is for everyone at all levels. We will all be working on a similar move but with a version suitable for all levels of abilities. We will be working on a number of tricks, spins and combos to increase our pole strength.
This class is for those of you who are working on going upside down. Your instructor will let you know when you are ready for this class. In this class you’ll begin to see the world from another perspective as we use the strength gained from previous classes to lift ourselves upside down. We will continue to work on spins, tricks and combos in this class.
Get ready to get bendy! In this class we will work on not only flexibility but strength and mobility to support our flexible muscles. The class will focus on a goal at the end such as the splits or a bridge and we will build up to this at the end of the class by going through several exercises relevant to the goal pose. This class will really help support your pole poses and spins but it is equally as beneficial to weight lifters, runners and even office workers. This class is not a yoga class, it’s a very different style.
Let’s get pole strong. This class will focus on movements specifically tailored to improve the strength and technique needed for pole moves. It will be a combination of on the pole moves as well as off the pole and will sometimes be in a circuits style and sometimes a follow along style to keep things interesting. As always you will find elements of fun added to this class to help you forget the hard work you are doing!
A fun workout not to be missed! The aim of this class is to work towards performing a handstand. You will build up to this by working on drills relevant to the end goal and by starting with a headstand. This class will also feature other acro style movements such as shoulder stands and even some partner drills/poses for the extra level of enjoyment!
A class especially for the teenagers as the ideal after school activity! This is a mixed class where you will have a lot of fun learning spins, tricks, how to climb a pole as well as tricks and combos on the aerial hoop all whilst making new friends. This class will be an excellent way to encourage movement for the body without it feeling like a chore as you will forget you are working out as you will be having so much fun.
This class is aimed at the younger children and is the ideal after school activity. They will improve co- ordination, understand more about body awareness and have fun creating shapes and combos on the aerial hoop! They will gain confidence and strength as they wave goodbye to the ground below in their new shapes all whilst making new friends.

A fun morning flow for all abilities. Reduce stress with this morning practice that focuses on breath and a flowing transition between poses.
Taking it at a slower pace to accommodate all levels this class will allow you to gently awaken your muscles for the day ahead. You will feel prepared to take on a more energetic workout or perhaps head to work or even tackle normal busy life.
Balancing energy, flexibility and strength. A class that moves from a stronger dynamic Yang practice that builds up the heart rate and warms up the muscles, to a slow deep Yin to relax and calm the nervous system.
This class is all about balancing the Yang of every day life. This class will allow you to slow down, relax and empty your mind as you alleviate stress and restore your energy levels. Poses in this class are held for longer than other styles of yoga, anything up to 5 minutes as you advance. Yin is the perfect class to improve flexibility, posture, circulation and your stress levels.
Moving through your vinyasa poses in this class will be in a heated room anywhere between 35-42 degrees celsius. The increased temperature of the room helps to loosen your muscles and increase flexibility further. The heat of this class will strengthen your cardiovascular system with the increased heart rate and can significantly eliminate toxins from your deep tissues and organs. There are many health benefits to exercising in the heat and it doesn't usually take long to see the health benefits!
